You should file a Privacy Act request for your all FBI records related to your application for employment. See Chapter 5 of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector for suggestions on how to proceed.

Hey guys,
I had recently failed my FBI poly and was wondering who I should contact to get the report the examiner wrote to HQ.  
Apparently this guy told me I failed due to one reason and thru a contact I found out, he told my recruiter I failed for something else.
Anyway, any info on how to get my records would be appreciated.
