If past behavior is the best predictor for future behavior, then we have to wonder why was this guy in minimum security?

LANSING, Kan. Officials are asking the public to watch out after a convicted child molester escaped from the Lansing Correctional Facility early Wednesday morning.
Gary L. Furthmeyer, 59, escaped from his minimum custody job assignment at the facility Steam Plant around 3 a.m., officials said.
Furthmeyer is currently serving a six to 25 year sentence due to a 1985 conviction of Indecent Liberties with a Child, and Aggravated Failure to Appear.
According to prison records, Furthmeyer has escaped from prison before, disappearing from a Louisiana prison in 1988 and spending nearly five years on the run before being arrested in Texas.
Furthmeyer is described as a white male with a light complexion and blue eyes, and weighing approximately 185 pounds.
All escapees are considered armed and dangerous. If anyone has information pertaining to the whereabouts of Gary Leslie Furthmyer, please call 911 or the Lansing Correctional Facility at 913-727-3235.

Ray,

I don't blame the guy! Have you ever tried prison food?

Ted:
Let me ask the obvious question: How do you know?

PS: It was great to see you in Tahoe. Had a good time thanks to the terrific support from you and the rest of the CAPE leadership.

Don,

Like Dan, I have been a frequent visitor to some of the nation's finest long term housing projects!

Don-My hat is off to you for one of the best CAPE training seminars in CAPE history. We have had nothing but great feedback. Many members are already tinkering
with some of the techniques they were able to add to their polygraph tool box. THANK YOU!

Ted
