I was reading the AP site a bit ago and saw that Sancho Panza asked GM a pretty direct question.
quote:
Have you ever participated in a conversations or correspondance in Arabic, Farsi, Persian, or any of the other languages natively spoken by Al Qaeda , the Taliban, or Islamist insurgents in Iraq or Afganistan in which you describe or explain the countermeasures described in your book?

George's response was an unequivocal,
"That's no business of yours"

Does this "lack of denial" seem out of character to anyone else?

What that means, at worst, is that George is giving Al Qaeda the same worthless information that he gives to all of the other pathetic wretches that listen to him.

This is at least the second time that GM has been asked that question. And both times he has answered it the same.

If Al Qaeda is following GM ideas , they are going to lose the war.
I think they are more smart than GM.

Lou,

Good to see you back! Where the haaale have you been???

You all are correct. GM only makes my job much easier. When an applicant tells me he has not been to the internet....I know better. I can't tell you how many applicants have denied looking on the internet and then ask me "Is that the butt pad?" Yea Einstein, it's a butt pad!

I don't disagree, but he might as well be as uncomfortable as possible.

Hi Guys,

I believe I asked GM this question first when I began the thread on his being treasonous to the USA in time of war. His response was exactly the same then as well.

Whether or not his advice is of value or not to them, Collaboration is what he has done at the very least if not Treason; and for that he should be punished. He has put his own zealous hatred of our profession over what is in the best interest of our country.

When I was stationed overseas we used to say that some guys had gone "Native". I believe GM's exposure to the Iranians on a daily basis, despite being in Holland, has caused him to have gone native in much the same way when he can no longer tell the good guys from the bad guys.

What perplexes me is Who the Hell is protecting this guy in the U.S. Government to allow his continued existance ? All I can figure is that somebody is getting some use out of him from above, as it is not logical that he can act as he has and remain under the radar.

His responses to our questions certainly appear out of character. He could Lie and deny, but he doesn't, He could say yes he did but they weren't treerorists.

It is almost like he is afraid if he makes a flat denial someone might be able to provide proof to the contrary.

He made his "off topic" warning and then started moving other posts here and there like a shell game. I find it intriguing.

Maybe Sancho needs to start his own thread titled "Questions GM would rather we didn't ask"

I would like to add a word of caution here. The GM countermeasures would indeed work very well (theoretically) on one of those pocket polygraph gizmos. I wouldn't feel too flippent about what George can and can't offer up as countermeasures to enemies who may be trying to gain access into restricted areas/checkpoints. But, for all I know the spiderman webslinger-looking wrist instruments may be altogether phased out. I dunno.
