         USE OF THE POLYGRAPH FOR CONTINUED ACCESS AND
         FOR INVESTIGATION OF UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURES

    1.  Purpose.  This change further defines the 
approving authority for the use of the polygraph in the 
course of investigations of unauthorized disclosures of 
classified information.

    2.  Pen-and-Ink Changes.  Add the following sentences 
to paragraph 4.b., Procedures.:  Use of the polygraph in 
such investigations shall be approved on a case-by-case 
basis by the DIRNSA.
