It appears that the website PolygraphPlace.com is no more. The URL presently directs to a Plesk website administration page, and a check of Archive.org's Wayback Machine suggests that this has been the case since at least early February 2022.

A screenshot of the PolygraphPlace.com home page as it appeared on 28 January 2022 is attached. 

PolygraphPlace.com was one of the earliest websites dedicated to the topic of polygraphy. It once included a message board, which apart from this one was the only other internet forum dedicated to polygraph-related topics. That forum was discontinued in 2013, but an archive of its private forum for polygraphers was provided to AntiPolygraph.org as remains available for viewing here:
