Here is another good one from earlier this year that I have not seen on this site yet. Kun Shan Chun was a nationalized Chinese American, from China, who got into the FBI, and must have passed several polygraphs in his 20 year FBI career. But he was a spy all along. LOL!!!

I love these stories when our IC staff gets caught with their pants down. More proof that the polygraph does not weed out all the naughty people. The polygraph is just a coin toss, a game of chance. Anyone can beat ot or fail it, no matter what dirt you have in your background or malicious acts you have planned for the future.

This paragraph summarizes exactly, in a nutshell, my experiences and attitudes.  For expressing that very viewpoint my mental stability has been questioned numerous times on this site!

Your observations also apply completely to the BI, as I've also stated here various times, only to be told that I "must have a checkered past".  Actually, at the time of my BI, I had "no derogatory credit" and a "clear police record at all points".  The last two quotations come directly from my BI report, obtained via the FOIA/PA.

This case is much more typical of conventional Chinese espionage practice, in that those apprehended were of Chinese ethnicity. Roll Eyes

What do we call it when every employee of the Agency's Office of Security
and Office of Personnel drowns in the Potomac?   A great beginning!

The best intelligence community employee is a compromised IC employee!
