I always have a perverted sense of glee everytime I learn of these CIA employees who have successfully negotiated all the supposedly impregnable IC barriers erected to bar employment of those of dubious character, who nonetheless become employed and then attempt to use their positions there for personal profit.

Of course at State, he never would have been polygraphed, but in the case of the CIA he certainly must have been, to say nothing of all the vetting to satisfy the Office of Security that he was indeed a model citizen of the  most impeccable, faultless background and character!

This disclosure offers further confirmation, as if any is still needed, of just how well the "impregnable" vetting process (particularly the polygraph and BI) actually functions in reality to extirpate all those foreign spies from the pool of unfortunate, naive applicants!
