I am under Federal "supervised release" for a SO and am required to take polygraphs every 6 months. Reports of the results are provided to my probation officer and therapist. Do I have a legal right to a copy of the report also?

I believe you are.  Perhaps you should file a request and see.  Let me ask you a question.  What happens if you are determined deception indicated ?  Can they throw you back in jail ?  If that is the case, then we are in a situation where polygraph results are inadmissible in court but can be used to throw someone in jail without due process.  If the above represents the truth, are there any honest jurists left in this country to fight this horrendous situation ?  I am beginning to realize why polygraph examiners are so passionate about their occupation.  They actually may be breaking the law in violation of the U.S. Constitution, not just some statute, in a big way.  If so and if we ever again get ethical leaders running our country these clowns may not only be out of a job, but headed to prison.

Freedom,
It's futile to ask anyone but a lawyer about legal rights. It all depends on jurisdiction, what is stipulated in your sentencing etc. I think you would have little to gain by going down that road. Once you are in the legal system and agree to the conditions of your release, a judge can put you back in jail if he/she decides that you are not keeping to the terms. My advice to you is to be compliant and do whatever you have to do to put this situation behind you and make better choices in the future.
