CBP Discrimination Against Military Reservists/Guardsmen Alleged

As mentioned in fuller detail on the blog, a class action appeal filed with the Merit Systems Protection Board alleges that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has engaged in a "continuous" and "wide-ranging pattern of harassment" against members of the U.S. Armed Services and National Guard:

Among the allegations is that CBP has refused to hire reservists and guardsmen because they may have future military obligations, and that they fail the mandatory pre-employment polygraph at "an unreasonably and inexplicably higher percentage" than do applicants with no military service affiliation.

I would be interested to hear from any reservists or guardsmen about their polygraph experience with CBP. In addition, I would be interested to hear from any CBP polygraph examiners regarding this: have you been pressured to fail reservists and guardsmen? Did you find that they were being disproportionately selected for polygraph screening before 100% screening went into effect?
