	Long-time polygraph examiner Chris Gugas, who died last year at the age of 86, was a guest on Groucho Marx's show, You Bet Your Life, which ran from 1950-1961. Video of his appearance has recently been posted to Google Video. Although the date of the episode is not posted, Gugas mentions that he had been married 15 years; according to his obituary in the Los Angeles Times, he was married in 1942, placing this video around 1957:

	I must say that polygrapher seemed like a pretty affable guy. Certainly not the type that would turn a gal's arm purple. I seriously doubt he is the type that would falsely accuse people of school vandalism. TC

	I'm still laughing at that. Groucho was a comic genius! However the video only goes to prove that the machine does not detect lies just responses to a stimuli that can be from anything ( even a girl!!)
