Fake credentials

For some reason the polygraph community seems to either attract or produce a number of people claiming academic credentials which they did not, in fact, earn.  A number of them have been pointed out on this site and this forum.  I think it'd be great to have a single repository listing the individuals in the polygraph community claiming fake degrees, et cetera along with the truth, to which we must always be dedicated, is on the matter.

Or does such a page or thread already exist around here?  If not, could you work on putting one together, George?  Having the info in one place would be great, it'd show that the practice of inflating credentials isn't an isolated affair amongst those promoting polygraphy.

Is former APA President Skip Webb evil or just stupid?

Is former APA President Ed Gelb an idiot or does the polygraph just not work?

Did you know that polygrapher Sackett doesn't care about detecting deception to relevant questions?

Yes Lethe:

I agree with you for professional fraud is a substantial danger to our society.

Perhaps we should also track and identify those who manufacture the props of the polygraph con.  Are the companies that manufacture polygraph machines publicly owned?  Who holds the stock?  If these companies are privately owned, the question is by whom?

George, I cannot find anywhere the liability status of any detection of deception ‘technologies’.  Who is legally and financially responsible when these infernal contraptions inevitably yield the wrong results?

Lloyd
