Who has failed at least 2?

For those that have failed numerous times at different agencies, who has finally passed and obtained a job? Im asking because I am wondering if you fail a few, if agencies will not even bother to test you, because they assume you will fail?

I failed twice with two different agencies.  Each test said I was deceptive on two entirely different areas.  Go figure.  I was hired by a very large agency in 2003.  Dont sweat it. Many departments know fully well how polygraph and cvsa are bullshit.   If you know that you are honest, keep trying and dont give up.

Dear dre2142,

I've had two polys with the FBI and failed both on the drug question despite never having touched a drug in my life. To top it off, I've had two conditional offers yanked after each agency learned about the 'failed' polys and without asking me any questions or conduction their owm polygraphs.

Good luck with your second polygraph. I'm curious how many people are offered 3rd exams and under what circumstances. Where the 'intelligence' here (pun intended)?

Well, I am on my fifth, with an intelligence agency.  I
think it really doesn't matter who you get; if they
don't want you, they wil just keep streching out the
polys until you get tired of the B.S.  Even though my
last poly went smoothly (no  post-interrogation, I have
to go back for a fifth.  I am looking at other
opportunities, so I really don't care anymore.  I kind
of reminds me of going to the DMV.

You know, I thought my retest went smooth too.  No post interigation or anything.  The poligrapher didn't tell me if I passed or failed....he said HQ had to make the decision.  Guess what!!....HQ failed me.
Don't Give up the Ship!!!
If your telling the truth and it's what you really want, keep trying!!!

Dear gijoeyl33,

Unfortunately, due to the number of polygraphers who read this site, identifying the agencies that DQ’ed me based on my FBI poly would provide nearly enough information for one of them to identify me.

Make no mistake though; there are some organizations that rely solely on the FBI’s poly report. Fortunately, there are enough that simply laugh at the FBI’s polys for what they really are.

Fletch.
