	I figured I would share a bit of humor with the rest of the people here whom have been deemed DQ'ed due to a Polygraph. I am 32yrs old, spent 4 yrs in the Marine Corps, graduated from college with a B.S. in criminal justice . Graduated with honors, worked for one federal agency for 9 yrs, transferred to ATF a year ago, still currently employed by the way. Already maintain a secret clearance as well. I took the FBI Poly yesterday and was told I failed due to drug usage and sales. I am literally dumb founded. I have absolutely an immaculate record and openly admitted some very very limited marijuana usage at the age of 16, which is well within the FBI's parameters. WHAT THE HELL????????

	STEVESZ28, You may be aware that roughly 20% of FBI applicants fail to pass their pre-employment polygraph "tests." Most are accused of deception regarding the sale or use of drugs. You should by all means contest the FBI's accusation in writing. See Chapter 5 of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector for suggestions regarding how to proceed. You may also wish to contact attorney Mark S. Zaid, who is representing a number of plaintiffs who are suing the U.S. Government over it's wrongful reliance on polygraphy. Better watch out....If Batman, Boy Wonder or Zena (probably all the same person...) sees this post, they will do everthing in their power to try and discredit you, to include call you a liar. I failed the same question on a Poly, and likewise, I have NEVER had ANY dealings with drugs.....
