Title: Help with finding Texas statutes
Post by: Anonymous on Jan 18, 2003, 01:39 PM
Can anyone help me locate the Texas state laws concerning polygraph testing?  I have looked on the state website to no avail in finding specific statutes regarding privacy, disciplinary action, discrimination and dismissal if someone refuses, etc.  Also of particular interest is, if in Texas is the polygraph admissable in legal proceedings of any type?

Thanks and I think this is a great website!
