Title: Does FBI use merit system?

Does the FBI use the federal merit system when scoring applications?  Also does anyone know of any message boards on the net about the FBI, besides this one?

Yes it does. I just reapplied for an intelligence analyst position and filled out 4 applications. Two each under external consideration merit consideration.
