Title: Govt TS and Police Poly

Does anyone see any way you would be denied a government top secret clearance (Non-Poly) if you failed a local Police Poly?

I don't know about any other fed agencies, but US Marshal documents state if you fail any LE poly, this is an automatic failure of the USMS BI. This is pretty bold, I think.
