What are the chances of getting hired by a federal law enforcement agency after testing inconclusive? What are the remedies if denied employment?

It is overwhelmingly likely that you will not be hired with an inconclusive result--you need to "pass."  Some federal agencies will give you numerous chances to re-test after being deemed inconclusive.  Others will disqualify you without any right of appeal.
