has anyone ever been denied employment for the use of countermeasures, or accused of using countermeasures and as a result denied employment?
Another LEO friend told me that he used counter measures. And the examiner noticed how tense he looked while using the counter measures, she got angry and told him the test is over and he failed it. Needless to say he didn't get hired in that department, but he did get hired somewhere else.

Could you elaborate please on what precisely happened? What countermeasures was this person using? Did the polygrapher accuse your friend of using countermeasures and if so, what did your friend say or do in response? Finally, since your friend did not get hired there, would you mind naming the department where this occurred? Thanks,
Dave
