Scoring
For scoring you can either take the 16PF somewhere online and get an official automated score report, or you can score it manually using the 16PF fifth edition Administrator's Manual with updated norms 3rd ed. by Mary T. Russell.

The 16PF 5th Manual can be bought or found online from various sources.

Interpretation
For interpretation you can use various online and textbook resources and also the official book Essentials of 16PF Assessment by Heather E. P. Cattell, James M. Schuerger found here:

It's time to score the 16PF 5th edition!

Try the attached experimental scoring script. It's just an html file that you can save and run from any browser. Everything is saved locally to your computer. Select your responses to each question and then click "Score Test". The results and scoring will show up after that. The script will provide the raw score and sten (t) score as well as a simple graphical representation of the dimensions.

Note: Keep in mind this is for educational and experimental use only. It's for testing and research purposes as the scores, scales, and scoring have not yet been validated and may not be accurate. It's just to demonstrate how a simple scoring script would work and how the results are affected by different response combinations. Just change the answers to any questions and click "Score Test" again and the scores will change. The scoring script is designed to remove the mystery and mystique around standardized multiple choice psychological testing.

Also uploaded here for testing functionality and research (HTML file can be uploaded to any hosting provider).
