Does anyone have a list of questions for flash cards to identify control questions?
I was so terrified during the test that I couldn't accurately identify the control questions. I got one only. I know that medication isn't looked at as the best countermeasure, but to just level out stress so I could think, is it a decent option?
How effective is reformatting the questions in our mind? Seems like the best thing since they can't read our minds as they say they can.
I'm sure more questions will follow. Appreciate any help anyone can offer!
Is reformatting the question effective?
You'll find a list of "control" questions commonly used in post-conviction sex offender "testing" here:

There is to my knowledge no research suggesting that "reformatting questions in our mind" offers any benefit when it comes to passing a polygraph "test."
Thanks for your response, George.
After watching Doug Williams video, I'm especially interested in the mental countermeasures. However, I'm unsure as to how strongly you must feel the memories or thoughts. Because thinking of my fears or scary thoughts doesn't really panic me. Unless it's supposed to be a subtle thing, and it'll cause a reaction anyway?
