What does it mean when an examiner says you need to clean up your charts???
My spouse was told this in an attempt to explain my test results which then completely changed in the course of a 2 day period. I am confused as to what the phrase means. Also what would the standard test format for an issue specific test?

The polygraph operator involved should be the one to answer this question.

There are a variety of polygraph techniques used in connection with so-called "specific issue" polygraph "tests."
