I'm new here so I'm for sure if this is the right place to post.
Recently, I was on the CIA's FOIA Library page looking through the CREST database. I was look at the shockingly homophobic memos/policies CIA has had over the years. But I suddenly came accross a memo on the poligraph where the Director of Security states:
"...using the poligraph as a lie detector is not valid not reliable and is therefore unreliable."
Needless to say, I was kind of shocked but no surprised.

Actually, that same sentence could be applied just as accurately to the whole CIA ! ;D
