Title: Failing CBP polygraph, year later in process of CDCR(CVSA)
Post by: Gr4yF0X on Dec 11, 2016, 02:44 AM
I was curious as well as stressing out a bit because of my horrendous experience with the CBP polygraph. I too fell victim and tricked into failing the test. I regret that I didn't find this page sooner. Anyways, Im approaching my CVSA for corrections and was wondering if they will actually have the results or information of my past test since it was from another job(CBP) I can't help but think that they'll actually have that info when I was manipulated and falsely accused. I know for a fact they will bring up past test but will they really know anything about it? Thanks in advance
