Russell Taylor, co-defendent of Jared Taylor (the Subway fatso) entered into a sentencing agreement with the DOJ recently.
The agreement requires that, as part of his post-prison "supervised release", Taylor must agree to be polygraphed in order to "verify" his compliance with the terms and conditions of his supervised release.
Although I have little sympathy for either of these jerks, I still hate to see the image of the polygraph enhanced by its application in sentencing for high-visibility crimes such as this one.
::)
I just don't get why people thought a public registry would prevent him from well . .doing this or that it would keep him away from the underage prostitution or whatever pimp he paid off to get access.
