Title: What type of questions are these? Relevant or Control? Regarding Theft

So I passed all the other questions but failed this part.

1. Have you stolen anything over the age of 18?
2. Have you stolen from any of your employers?
3. Have you stolen anything over $25?

I can't figure it out. I thought they were all control. :-[
