Why are CIA scum usually paid at 2 full GS levels over amounts earned by employees with similar levels of education and seniority performing similar types of work at other Federal agencies?
It must be nice to start at a GS-11 pay level just out of college at the CIA, when entry level pay at other Federal agencies is usually at the GS-5 or 7 level, to say nothing of the pittance earned by military personnel who are usually the ones taking the REAL risks, with none of the glory or aura enjoyed by CIA trash! >:(
