does anyone know who occupies 409 7th street. I know at one time it was the FBI and I wasn't sure if they are still in the building. Also does anyone know if this building is historic or not.

I don't know the answer to your question. It was at least at one time the home of the FBI HQ Polygraph Unit (https://antipolygraph.org/articles/article-042.shtml), but I don't know if that's still the case.
