I am probably going to have to take a polygraph in a month or two.
How many questions are typically asked on a law enforcement polygraph?
I read through the packet of potential questions...there are about 150 or so. I am assuming they are going to select what questions to ask during the pretest based on my reactions?
Law enforcement pre-employment polygraph examinations typically have about a dozen questions, of which perhaps as many as four may actually be relevant. The relevant questions are fixed and are not dependent upon the examinee's answers to any pre-polygraph questionnaire. Where there may be some flexibility is in the choice of "control" questions presented to the examinee.
