Title: poly results access
Post by: jakeee011 on Oct 25, 2012, 03:29 AM
If I fail a polygraph with DHS but withdraw my application before the results are final and on the record, will another federal agency be able to see it? Will a new background investigator bee able to see the transcripts or recordings of the actual polygraph exam?

If you have already taken a polygraph, it matters not that you withdrew your application.  There is a final record of your examination with that agency.  Background investigators don't generally try to get polygraph results from other agencies, however they may try in some cases related to security.  Good Luck
