Title: USB Polygraph
Post by: jmo on Jun 08, 2012, 03:16 PM
Hello, all. I would appreciate George's, Stephano's or anyone else's opinions on the USB polygraph units for sale on Amazon and other places. As a student of both The Lie Behind The Lie Detector and the Doug Williams manual, I would like to know if they are a reliable tool to practice effective counter measures in real time with.
Thank you.

I have never used such a device, but from what I've read, I would probably characterize it as more of a novelty and probably not worth spending your money on. I am not sure how much utility there would be in watching your own responses while practicing countermeasures. It may even bias or distract you.

They are excellent. You should buy a hundred and practice practice practice.

A most lackluster quip--try making them a little more pailryder-esque.

Thanks for the answer, Stephano. You do have a point. I think I would just psych myself out for no reason.
