Title: Breathing question ???
Post by: Joebrown on Mar 02, 2012, 05:44 PM
Hello just got done reading your publication Lie Behind The Lie Detector for the second time. Great work.

What I am wondering about is in chapter 4
"As soon as you recognize that the question your polygrapher is asking is a "control" question, or, alternatively, immediately after answering the question, change your baseline breathing pattern to produce one of the five pneumograph reactions"

My question is.
Should a person pick one of the five breathing patterns and keep using that one, or should a person use all 5 randomly?

Thank you.

Oops. sorry for asking a question that has already been answered. Guess I should of done some more reading before asking.

Here is where I found my answer.
CM vs relevant question breathing pattern (would ad the link but it says i have to post a regular question first? thought I did that with the first post i made?)

:-[ that was even of the first page of the "The Lie Behind the Lie Detector" forum.
