Title: TS/SCI Clearance and Foreign Legal Prostitution
Post by: bojangles123 on Apr 02, 2011, 01:21 AM
What are the chances of having a TS/SCI security clearance being revoked or denied due to engaging in legalized prostitution in foreign countries such as the Netherlands or Canada?

If the act is considered to be an Illegal act in the U.S. or a violation of policy, then that on its own merit can constitute pulling clearances. Have you checked your own SOP's?
