Title: LAPD Poly: 2nd poly needed, or what?

Howdy,
What is the typical proceedure when a second poly is needed, for lapd? Is it the poly examiner that tells u up front if a second one is needed, or someone else? And how quickly after the 1st do they administer a second one?
