I am a recruiter and working on job which needs candidates to be eligible for a TS/SCI clearance. How would I know what kind of candidates will be eligible for this level of clearance? Is it something like candidates who currently hold a Secret or Tos Secret Clearance are only eligible for TS/SCI or anyone?
