Any assistance would be appreciated, I have e-mailed and spoken with DSS, DHS, DOL and others. No one will even give guidance outside of the general eligibility considerations posted on DSS Personnel Security Clearances Offices site. Specific question - a potential employee has a 10 year old felony, we currently have a Fed contract he would be great for, what kind of steps do we need to take to be able to hire him?
