Post by: michael1980 on Sep 04, 2009, 02:30 AM
Im curious on something here, if i take a probation ordered maintenence polygraph and fail, what would be the consequence? Just to fill you guys in, ive hired a attorney to help me through this. Can they really revoke or extend your probation for failing or a inconclusive and who makes the decision on that?

probation is a gift from the Court. In Kansas the Supreme Court ruled (State vs Lumley) the judge was within his rights to send an offender to prison for "failing" the polygraph test.  I guess the bottom line is if the judge has a bad day and wants to send everyone he put on probation to the joint he can do that .. good luck
