would anyone be able to shed any light on the phone interview process with the CIA...I just had one a few days ago and its hard to tell whether or not it went well...the recruiter didn't really show any emotion towards my responses and it was all rather monotone on his part, are you aware if this is normal procedure and do you know what they look for during the interview? I would really appreciate any feedback anyone out there would be willing to give.
What kind of questions did they ask?
