Title: National Agency Check and Poly

I've heard that a failure on an FBI poly will turn up in their files on a National Agency Check.  Does a failure on other organizations (CIA, NSA, etc) poly have the same effect?

Will a local police department application DQ come up in a National Agency Check as well?
