This site has been invaluable for learning about polygraph testing and how the people doing the testing can royally ruin your day.
I think it would be helpful if someone stickied a topic that had "best practices" listed for how to protest a failed poly and subsequently file the FOIA.
Ideas like:
Who to send the letter of protest to? (Not specific people, per se, but titles)
Some ideas for points to reference in the letter.
How long to wait for the FOIA filing?
I know a lot of this stuff may be based on personal experiences but a general sticky might encourage more people to write letters.
