Title: Looking for a non-corrupt Polygrapher
Post by: t on Oct 20, 2008, 10:24 AM
First of all I am looking for a polygraph service in Tarrant County other than Wood and Associates.  My son was bullied there and I need to find someone else.

Second, what is a CM that was mentioned on this blog?

Third, any guidance you have on the subject of polygraphs would be greatly appreciated.

The Wood group wrote a false report and now my son is suffering!!!

t,

I'm not in a position to refer you to a polygraph examiner, but I can address your latter two questions. "CM" is shorthand for "countermeasures." (https://antipolygraph.org/faq.shtml#q14) For more on the subject of polygraphy, see AntiPolygraph.org's free book, The Lie Behind the Lie Detector (http://antipolygraph.org/lie-behind-the-lie-detector.pdf) (1 mb PDF).

Guess it depends on your perspective. Honest polygrapher goes hand in hand with remorseful offender. That should cover both sides of the fence.

An honest polygrapher. Now there's an oxymoron for you.

I know that this post is more than a year past the original, but anyone, and I mean ANYONE that uses Woods and Assholes is setting themselves up for failure. Bobby Jones there is probably the biggest pile of shit that ever existed as a polygrapher and should have his license pulled. Use anyone else on the approved list of polygraphers if you wish, but stay completely away from Woods.

Some Tarrant County probation officers will DEMAND that you go to Wood's when they want to make sure you fail the poly. They obviously will never admit to this, but it has happened before.

There's not a single polygrapher at Woods that has the morals or professionalism of anything more than a lump of shit cooking on the sidewalk in the Texas sun.

Additionally,

If you are in the Colorado area, do NOT use Ron Herring (Analytical Inquiries).

This jackoff actually had the audacity to brag about how he has done polygraphs for astronauts, the CIA, FBI, NSA, ABCDEFG, etc. You know, to just get the max effect for intimidation.

I can understand your bitterness, but I recommend you take the moral high ground and refrain from name calling--it will not help you other than letting off steam.

Then steam it is. I don't really care about 'moral' high ground (we are dealing with polygraphers, that kinda went out the window), nor do I have to deal with any more polygraphers. This is just fair warning for those that do.

Quite frankly, I hope Ron reads this anyway.
