The old home of the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute (DoDPI), Building 3165, Fort McClellan, Alabama, can be yours for $381,844:

Ft. McClellan was decommissioned in 1999 and the polygraph school (since renamed the Defense Academy for Credibility Assessment (http://www.daca.mil)) moved to Ft. Jackson, South Carolina. A description of the property for sale is attached in PDF format.As

In response to an inquiry, Linda Powers at the Joint Powers Authority informed me that Building 3165, the old DoDPI building, is not, in fact, available for sale because it has been leased.
