Short answer: no. The claims made for "LiarCard" are entirely unsupported by peer-reviewed scientific research. You might as well consult a Magic 8-Ball (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic_8-ball). Those marketing this flapdoodle are hustlers seeking to separate fools from their money.
