In accordance with Charter Section 1016, Mr. Hayes filed his appeal in the
Office of the Commission on July 16, 2007.
An earlier post to this message board (https://antipolygraph.org/forum/index.php?topic=910.msg7329#msg7329) suggests that Hayes is a 2002 graduate of the Backster School of Lie Detection and a former colleague of faux Ph.D. Ed Gelb.
