DOES ANYONE KNOW IF ANY OF THE TOWNS AND VILLAGES IN WESTCHESTER POLY....I KNOW NEW ROCHELLE DOES BUT THE COUNTY DOESENT AND IF SO, WHO CONDUCTS THE SCREENING? IS IT THE DEPARTMENT IT'S SELF OR AN OUTSIDE CONTRACTOR? :)

From what I hear, Westchester County is a unique animal in that there are some 44 police agencies within the county. Makes for some pretty disorganized affairs, as every few miles, you run into another PD with its own everything--from radio frequency to uniform to hiring policy.

I was under the impression that the only departments in the County employing polygraphy were Peekskill and Greenburgh. Both were known to contract out to private examiners.
