What is a non-lifestyle CI polygraph?  What type of questions should I expect?

In a counterintelligence-scope polygraph screening examination, the relevant questions are restricted to topics such as espionage, sabotage, and terrorism. Questions about illegal drug use, sex, and crime are not supposed to be asked.

The Departments of Defense and Energy use a counterintelligence-scope screening format called the "Test for Espionage and Sabotage," with regard to which see my article, "The Lying Game." (https://antipolygraph.org/articles/article-002.shtml) Additional documentation regarding this technique is available in the Federal PDD Examiner Handbook (https://antipolygraph.org/documents/federal-polygraph-handbook-02-10-2006.pdf) and here:
