Title: background cross reference
Post by: vetappli on Jun 29, 2006, 08:47 AM
If anybody knows anything about cross referencing please respond. I applied for a couple depts 5yrs ago and was dqed for some admissions that were basically put in my mouth by the background interviewer. After 4 years of military service I want to try some other depts. Will they cross reference these depts if I don't mention that I applied for them? Any info would help.

More than likely this may come up.  BUT, they may not.  I honestly would not recommend hiding this as it will be an automatic disqualifier if they find out that you chose to purposely omit the other departments.

BI's have many ways of finding out if you have or have not applied with other departments.  Some are better than others.
