Title: SF86
Post by: Mr_X on Feb 09, 2006, 10:11 PM
I have a question about filling out the SF86. I have filed an SF86 in the past for a federal agency and was wondering if federal agencies share this information between each other if another SF86 is filed. Does the information have to be exactly the same on both?  I recalled some more information about past employment that I would like to add.

There is real possibility of verification.  You have 2 options.  If you have a copy of the old SF86, then attach it to the new one, with a cover note indicating how you've realized the other one was faulty.  The other option is to do nothing and gut it out.
