Title: Can he say i passed?

Alright ill make this short State is Flordia

now when the record was on i was accused of possiable using counter measure but i wasnt i was just nervous.  After the test he turned off the tape and i asked if i passed he said yes but i dont believe him cause after i asked in the elevator if i passed and he says your way to nervous dont worry about it.  I was really nervous after the test and might have given off a bad impression

can he still fail me

You should NEVER ask if you pass. Yes, the examiner can tell you if you have passed the polygraph examination. It was the case with me, but I didn't ask him. He briefed me at the end and told me that he was HAPPY with the results. You should watch your writing if you want to advance in your career.

Was this for the highway patrol or another LE agency?
