Title: my polycrap
Post by: papertiger_98 on Dec 15, 2005, 08:40 PM
i took a poly for a job out here where i live. i was notified that i had failed. when i asked how i had failed they told me it was the way that i answered the questions. i meditate a lot so i would go through relaxation during the 15 second wait after the question. when they asked me the question i wouldn't think i would just answer at the end of the question. I hyad also been up clost to 30 hours because i work graveyards. my question is should i contest this because i didn't lie and they told me i hadn't except they didn't like the way that i answered. i didn't know i could answer wrong, unless you lie. i seriouly want the job and need the job someone give me some help

also when i fininshed with the poly both the background investigator nad the poly examiner told me that the results would ave to be cold called because i had no electrical stimuli from the questions. i assume that they mean the things on my fingers but i don't see how no response is bad response

You should definitely contest this. You don't want your silence to be interpreted as tacit acknowledgment that you were deceptive.
