Title: Special Agent equivalent in Private Sector
Post by: usny on Dec 01, 2005, 02:31 AM
Hello everyone, I am new to both the forum and career.  I know about the different SA jobs within the Federal government but do not know about the private sector jobs - who has openings and how similar the positions are. If anyone has any information I would grately appriciate it.
I am also interested in finding out what are good ways to get a start in this career, i.e. entry jobs etc.  Thanks so much for all your help!

What kind of private sector jobs are you looking for?  There are many private businesses that have Loss Prevention or Asset Protection departments who are responsible for investigating theft, both internal and external,  and different types of dishonesty with employees.  There are also many types of private investigator firms which investigate fraud, murders, etc.
